Around the House

Here we are having one of our many dinner at our new
very long table but it's just as well to fit all of
us who live in this house.

A few more pics of the Amaryllis. Too bad they don't
bloom all summer long but the large
blooms more than make up for
the short blooming time.

Here it seems Pluto has a house to build.
He's trying to figure out which way is up
and which way is down.
You go Pluto.

Buddy Boy

I found a few pictures of Buddy. He was a Yorkypoo under ten pounds in weight, roughly about eight. We usually let his hair grow out but when he got a haircut he weighed less than that. He was a good little doggy whose only ambition was to sit on your lap. He lived two years past his brother Junior and we miss them both very much.

Night Falls

This is our house at night. I don't usually get to see this view as usually we are in by the time the night falls but I wanted to get a photo of the house at night so I got out to take a look. It gets very dark around these parts of the woods and you can see the stars all around. The windows do look a little spooky though so I'm glad I don't get out too much when night falls.

Blooming

These are the Amaryllis flowers blooming last year. They were all read and beautiful but something happened and they did not come back so I got new ones. I will show them later. In the meantime here I was enjoying the blooms in the dining room around this time a year ago.

Three Years

One day last year before he turned four Jaxon was relaxing in the book nook so I joined him in a little talk. He was telling me that he was three years old but would soon turn four and that seemed a big deal to him and indeed it is. It's a big step in a little boy's life to turn another year older. Love these pictures from that lovely day and a couple of others.
