October is for more birthdays. There are quite a few, starting with Charlie and Steven. We celebrated Charlie's big 60 that October in 2019. All the kids were there and we had a good time, mostly anyway. Steven is moving on in years too. He is hoping to live in Croatia one day. Then there was Thanksgiving and we were thankful for all we have. Below, Jax is happy to play with the leaves in the backyard.
It was that time, when nature changes color. It was still mostly green when we returned from Europe but that quickly changed. It was a very beautiful day to capture the house and the nature around it. The red leaves amongst some green, yellow or white is so amazing. The cooler temperatures in end of September and into October are so comforting.
Jax is so little here and so is Georgia. When we first got her she was small and slim looking. She wasn't starving but she was much lighter than she is now. Let's just say both Jax and Georgie grew since Sept 2019. Charlie actually took to Georgia right away and started training her. She was a bit rambunctious but she was eager to learn and please her new family. Below I'm getting all the cuddles and smiles I can get from Jax.
Back again in old stomping grounds. I have walked through this little park many, many times and still enjoy it. This time my hubby joined me so had to grab this picture. We spent a bit of time in Toronto and then it was the car trip to home.
