Got up the next morning and took a little trip to the Mall. I loved the photographs they had framed on their walls. The photos were all in black and white accentuated in gold. Very cool. We did some walking around and a little shopping. Later another yummy dinner waited for us upon our return. The clouds were a little stormy looking and then a rainbow came out.89
Here we are about to celebrate my birthday again. Should a girl complain about that? Heck, no. I just sit down and enjoy it. There were flowers from Mom and Dad's garden. Then there was Mom's delicious stuffed peppers. Later on we went for supper at Marko's and got our meals down along with all the onions, bread and wine. Once back home, it was cake time. Man, that's something I should be saying no to these days but cake just tastes too good to refuse.
It was quite a month in Zadar. The weather was mostly good and hot. Restaurants were great and aplenty. Beaches beautiful and sight seeing great fun. So wants to give that up and go back to the real life in Canada. But we weren't completely done yet. We packed up, got in the car and drove the route to Zagreb and have some more good time there. We had to leave Stevo behind to do some errands but in a day or so he would join us in Zagreb as well. When we started off the clouds looked as if there was going to be lots of rain coming down on us but it was not too bad at all. We drove through mountains and fields and finally arrived back at Mom and Dad's place.
