Frosty Days

Going back to earlier in 2019 here I'm cuddling with my grandson among the plants in the dining room. This grapefruit tree was doing really well at the time but it has times when leaves dry up and fall off and then it's well again, and so it goes back and forth with it.

Here John was serenading us with his guitar tunes to forget about the chills outside.
It's nice just to sit in the warm parlour and watch the snow fall.
If the sun is out it bathes the bay window with sunshine.

When the sun is not out and it's cold enough to freeze the windows then of course we
stay away from them but the intricate designs of the frost is too fascinating
to stay away from.

Here seems to be a good spot to slide down the hill of stairs.
There are many spots around the house of such interest and fun.
It was another cold day but it could still be made fun.
