We arrived at Tamaris Restaurant for dinner. We did call ahead just in case. It was not too crowded but we were eating a little bit early. We are used to supper between 4-6pm but here it's more like 7-9pm. In either case we were looking forward to our supper of lamb, which is one of the Croatian specialties. We did have some wine to begin with, and no Maya is not having wine, yet, anyway but she really enjoyed the meal. We ended it with some dessert, coffee and aperitif, Travarica Shljivovic. This Brandy is made with intensely aromatic herbs grown in Dalmatia, herbs such as sage, rosemary, mint and walnut leaf.
