How beautiful is this forest? We got out a little to check out the snow and the trees in late December. It was a beautiful day. It was snowing when we first came but it soon stopped and our walk was just magical. The kids loved it and the dogs too. At the bottom we took a family picture by the canyon, when we were still all together. Although I would love for things to stay the same, they never do. Such is life, I guess.
