Snow Days

Snow scenes are from earlier this year, so beautiful and white here in the country. I couldn't stop taking pictures of it. It was like a winter wonderland. Loved watching from the windows and stepping outside. Looking forward to a good snow fall this winter as well. No snow right now but I'm sure it will be here in the not too distant future.

Brothers

This was a few years back but the expressions here are still most adorable. These are pictures from a video of the boys where Brandon tells Jaxon he wants to marry him. 

Small Moments

A few pictures being posted because small moments are still important. Each day there are small moments that may not be most memorable but are beautiful just the same. The sun rises, kids play, toys sit around; it's an everyday small thing because it happens all the time but still on occasion we take time to notice.

Attic Renovations

Wanted to record here some things going on at the house like the attic renovation or rather the building of the attic because it is only a quarter done up somewhat so mostly we are building it not renovating but lets just call it that as it sounds better. So this first room we're working on had a wall only on one side. It has great potential for a bedroom. It has a closet and extra storage in the crawl space on the other side. The window is the original window from many years ago. It is cracked a bit and needs new caulking all around. We might just keep this window for now and see how and where we can get new windows in the same shape and size. I love the old but some old things are well, just old and falling apart. Eventually they will have to get replaced. So this is where we are starting in attic renovations.
