Took a drive down to see my sister Susie for her birthday. It was nice seeing her again and her family. We managed to get some pictures together with Mom and Dad. A lovely memory it is. It was also fun to see Susie's grandkids on that day.

Snowy Days in 2020
There were some snowy days back in 2020, much more than we have been having in the last two years. 2024 has been filled with lots of rain and strong winds. In those cold wintery days we needed to get out and get some dessert.

Our Dear Aunt Marija
It is with sadness that I write this post of the passing of my dear aunt Marija. She passed away on March 9, 2024 at age 88. Marija was predeceased by her husband Slavko but she continued her life in the house they built together in Zagreb, Croatia. Teta Micika, as she was known, liked to keep busy and did everything with lots of energy. We will remember our walks through Zagreb, many chats and good times with our aunt and she may be gone from this Earth but she will stay in our hearts forever. With love, Rosie and family.
