February 2026

 So, here is February and more cold days and snow and ice, but we try to keep warm inside, mostly on the 2nd floor where it's the warmest. The main floor has very tall ceilings and it's a bit tough to keep it as warm as we would like. It is an old house after all, over a hundred and sixty years old but it's still very beautiful and unitque. Speaking of ice, Krissy went Ice Fishing. The rest played some cards and just relaxed from school. Jaxon has a hamster named .. Hammy of course. Georgia offers her company where ever she can. Below are some old pix that have been colorized, my very young Mom, my sister and I, my sister Susie who actually has a birthday in February, then me and Georgia on a farm she's never been to, lol.

January 2026

 Here I am trying to catch up on this year, starting with January, with all the snow, ice and freezing temperatures one could possibly want. We only have one birthday this month and that was Kristina's birthday. So happy birthday to Krissy once more. There is also Georgia looking pretty and a few older photos below. I love reminiscing with old photos.

End of Trip 2025

We are finally at the end of this trip but not before this gigantic bee hive was taken down. It was empty. All the bees were on Stevo's car drinking all the sap from the linden tree. The hive was very delicate when taken down, and it's amazing the way bees construct this to such a fantastic size, which I imagine held heir entire community. We said good bye to mom and dad and headed into a rainy day of driving through the country, arriving home the next day safe and sound.
