In the evening we took another walk around town. This time we took a walk past the St. Simon's Church dating back to 1380 and through a park that started at the Five Wells Square. This is an area of the old town where there is an ancient tower and wall and beside the historic five wells. Inside the tower is an art gallery which I've yet to visit. The five wells were built in 1574 and supplied Zadar with its drinking water. The Medieval wall is called the Captain's Tower and rises 26 meters into the air.
