Reached Our Destination

Here we are in the early morning of Friday January the 18th as we head onto the last stretch of our trip before we reach St Stephen. We were so excited to get going because today we would get the keys to our new home. It was still very chilly in the morning and so we bundled up good for the time ahead. As we headed more toward St Stephen the views seem to change. The trees were more in a row, lots and lots of fir evergreen trees. They looked so pretty with snow settled on all the edges. Untouched beauty. I couldn't stop staring out the window. Trucks hauling wood logs went by. Some small towns started to creep up. And then we came to a round-about and were were there, in our new hometown. St. Stephen, New Brunswick.

This is heading toward the downtown part of St Stephen but we turn off before that. As you come in you can see the lighthouse and the St Croix River in the distance. At last we have reached our destination.
