That's right it's only three days and less to the day we board a plane for Beijing. Sometimes I can hardly breathe. Today was my last day at work. Spent the lunch hour with some friends. Got a card with lots of good wishes. It is nice to have so much support. We are almost completely ready, only a few more things to do and family to see. Will spend some time with our kids and grandson. Set up Skype so we can see each other and so Maya can see her siblings as soon as possible. It will be wonderful to see her face light up when she realizes how much family she will suddenly have and how much they love her.
To Maya, our new daughter, you'll never be alone again. We'll hold your hand. We'll hold you up, love you, cherish you forever and ever.
